The Running Bull is another excellent cock ring in the Crossbones line produced by Zero Tolerance. The Running Bull is perhaps the best in the line, and possibly one of the best vibrating cock rings on the market. The Running Bull comes with two bullets that provide light to strong stimulation, as well as three additional alternating settings that really provide some unique sensations. The ring is easy to use and the bullets are easy to remove, for those who do not wish that extra stimulation.

As mentioned earlier, the Running Bull comes with two bullets. The bullets are not cheaply made: these bullets are well made and are not simply disposable. Changing batteries is a snap. You may even use these two excellent bullets for other toys you own.

The Running Bull is made of from Thermoplastic Rubber (Also known as TPR). Thermoplastic Rubber is a blend or compound that exhibits a thermoplastic character. Thermoplastic Rubber is hypoallergenic, nontoxic, and phthalate free. While it is less porous than Cyberskin it is more porous than Silicone. The TPR texture is very stretchy and will comfortably accommodate men of all sizes.

Since the Running Bull is made from Thermoplastic Rubber you can only use water based or silicone lubricants. Petroleum based oils will damage the material.

The Running Bull, right out of the package, was scentless.

The TPR ring is designed with two slots to put two included bullets. The top slot is designed for her pleasure (clitoral stimulation), and the bottom for his pleasure (stimulation to the penis and scrotum). If the stimulation is too intense, removal of the bullet is fast and easy. With both bullets in place the ring can feel slightly cramped, but not hurtful. The material is stretchy enough to accommodate most men. This ring was not designed to go behind the scrotum. The TPR material is thick, so tearing and ripping of the material should not occur. Not only does this look cool (Like a Bull's nose ring), but it is very practical.

The two included vibes are very nice and feature multiple settings. There are three default vibrations strengths, which are, light, medium, and strong. In addition to the three default vibration settings, there are three unique vibration settings; these unique settings start low and get higher, the first only working its way to a light vibe, while the last setting works its way to the strongest setting then shuts off and repeats. These vibes, even working in conjunction with one another, never get very loud, even on the highest setting.

Since the Running Bull is made from Thermoplastic Rubber, it can not be sterilized (can not be boiled). You can clean this by using warm water and a mild soap, or you can use anti-bacterial soaps or a sex toy cleaner. This cock ring is very easy to clean.

You should avoid placing the vibe under running water. To clean this you can use anti-bacterial wipes.

Zero Tolerance has some interesting designs on their packaging, whether their extensive collection of DVDs, lube, toys, or compilations of the three, such as this. Zero Tolerance does not deviate here, and the cool cross bones and skull on the front looks awesome. The color scheme also is well done. The red and black is accentuated with white that give the packaging a masculine look.

The packaging may be too masculine for some, but some may be attracted to the masculine/gothic type look.

The only gripe I have with the packaging was the fact that it shares the same exact design as others in the “Crossbones: Arm Your Manhood” line. It would have been cool, if not essential. These rings are of high quality: there is no need to have the same color scheme or design.

This is a wonderful cock ring. One that will certainly get a lot of use, even by someone such as myself who only uses cock rings on an occasional basis. The ring by itself functions as a normal cock ring, but when you add the two bullets this cock ring’s value sky rockets. What I really like about the Running Bull is that both parties get some stimulation, unlike other vibrating cock rings I’ve had the privilege of trying before.

One thing I was impressed with was how easy it was to use this while wearing a condom. The ring is easy to get on, and does not reduce the effectiveness of the condom. If I had to find a complaint, I would have to say that the vertical vibe (clit vibe) falls out fairly easy. The other vibe does not have this problem.

I am giving this a five star rating. The construction is very good and makes this very durable. The vibes are also nice and versatile; there is a speed for everyone.
