Oh, I remember the day my Fleshlight arrived... my fiance gifted it to me for the long stretches we were apart, and it became the physical part of our webcam based sex time. It was very inspiring when I pulled it out of the package... all clear and modern looking. And what to my wondering eyes should appear, but as I opened up the plastic bag (yes, they don't come to you fully assembled and ready to rock, the inner workings are sealed up in a plastic bag all by itself, while the "canister" is also packaged separately), quickly assessed the new toy's merits, and began the assembly (open canister, insert magic material), in her loving way, she had chosen the Fleshlight butt! (Yes, we're an equal entry opportunity couple) This was an exciting time!

So what's the Fleshlight like? First, the material was incredible soft (lots of toys are using this somewhat lifelike material now, such as Tenga, etc), yet slightly spongy, much like a woman's genitals (the outside, not the inside... well, not yet anyway). When the toy arrives, it has a very light coating of their own secret recipe of what many believe is just ultra fine cornstarch. This really just prevents the material from becoming too tacky and becoming covered in all sorts of lint and dust. The "asshole" of the toy is largely realistic looking, apart from the fact that it's clear and appears like a ghost. The clear aspect is a little weird, especially when you see your dick inside of it, but when we used it later on, together, it was an added bit of excitement for her to watch my dick inside the toy.

And that brings me to using the toy. Notice on the end of the canister (the smaller end) there's also a twist-off cover. While the larger end (insert penis here) uncovers to allow access to the asshole of the toy, the smaller end is designed to only twist partially off. Inside of the ridges, there are several oval shaped openings around the base. The purpose is to provide limited suction as you use the toy. The smaller the opening of the holes, the more suction you'll experience, and of course the larger the holes (the more the cap is twisted off) the less suction and easier movement will be. So, before use you typically want to take off the small cap, pour a reasonable amount of silicone safe lube in to the hole (I let it run to within about an inch of the opposite end). Then twist back on the lower end (nearly all the way closed), lube up your dick and stick it in the hole. Simple as that! What you'll find is that the sensation will vary with how the cap on the small end if adjusted open and closed. It takes a while to experiment (took me several sessions) to find the best settings, especially when used with the webcam as we were.


Naturally, when you're done the tube inside will be filled with however much cum you left inside. I found that simply pressing the innards up against the faucet forced nearly everything out, lube and all. Then apply a little soap, quickly wash with hands (it's so flexible, it's really easy to clean), then set aside to dry. Once the soft portion of completely air dried (I usually blow in to the hole to speed the drying inside), dust with a light amount of ultra-fine cornstarch (or spend some extra cash on the Fleshlight brand).

Over the two years I've had it, it's been a lot of fun. We used it apart, about 5 times a week, for several months, and it's held up incredibly well. All in all, it's a great product. It's certainly not discreet. It's big! About 5" across at the larger end, and about a foot long. Sure, it can fit in a drawer, but sitting out it is incredibly obvious.

I've had this sleeve for years; I've tested the flip hole, the Tenga eggs (which are great for portability), and others, but in the end this is still my favorite sleeve by far.

It amazes me that after several years of what I consider light use, with a lot of neglect (I clean it every use, but rarely put cornstarch on it even though I know I should) it's held up really well, and still feels great!
