The Spider can be used in the same way a Fleshlight can but, in addition, can be used hands free due to its case. The suction cup on the case is amazing, and makes it easy to attach to your shower and a variety of other places. Once in use the case does apply some suction due to the air tight seal.

The material is like the Fleshlight Superskin in terms of feel, but not in quality. I have had my first Fleshlight for 5 years and it is fine. I have had the Spider for a few months and it is peeling. The material does feel very nice, but I am not sure how long this will last. Also, just like Superskin this material gets sticky and needs corn starch to restore the smooth skin like feel. The texture is amazing. I would say it is as close to the real thing as you will find for a long time. To me, it feels like the spongy tissue of where the gspot is located, only the whole toy feels that way. It is also tight and then widens up. If you can imagine it, it is like this "oOOoOOo" where the lowercase o is tighter and gives the feeling that it is griping you.

With the caps on the case it kind of has a dumbbell shape. It doesn't really look like anything, so unless someone is really curious about stuff I don't think many people would think too much of it. With the caps off you can see the suction cup and have access to the sleeve. When you first get it, the sleeve will be in the case wrapped in plastic and have a plastic ring around it. The ring is so the case can hold the sleeve, but I have no idea why they didn't just make the case with this ring attached as part of the case. I see no reason you would want to remove the ring. The sleeve comes out easy, and is easy to get back in with the ring in the case just like a Fleshlight is. Also, I think the sleeve could be a bit wider because when you pull out the suction that is created pulls the sleeve in the case some, and it can be annoying at first. It is tighter than a Fleshlight so guys that are really big may be too big for this.

The suction cup on the case is the biggest selling point to the Spider. The texture of the sleeve is also very amazing and makes this a must have for every guy. You can also put a Fleshlight sleeve in this case to use your Fleshlight hands free.

You care for this the same as a Fleshlight. You can only use water based lubes with this sleeve. After use, you rinse it out with hot water. Don't use soap. Soap can damage the material. Then, let it air dry before storing just like Fleshlights. It takes a long time to dry, but the cool thing is there are 3 little holes on the caps of the case to allow air flow. So, if it isn't completely dry it can still get some air in the case. I usually leave the sleeve out of the case for the day that I use it before I put it away. You don't want to store it when it's still really wet because it may result in mold forming in your sleeve. If you have something to hold the sleeve up to let it dry that might make drying go faster.

It comes in a white cardboard tube with a red spider web design on it and the logo. The package says "Spider masturbator for sexual hands free training". So, it isn't completely discreet, but I like the packaging of this. I do wish they included some information about the toy in the packaging, though.

Aside from the material peeling this toy is amazing and if it completely broke I would probably buy a new one, or maybe see what the company may come out with in the future. It is also possible that it is my fault that it started peeling, or that I just got a bad one and they might not all be like that. Also, for this toy, and Fleshlights, I run hot water through it first to warm it up. You can also put the sleeve in a zip lock bag with hot water for a few minutes to warm it up even better.

My experience with this toy has been amazing, and it is my 2nd favorite toy I own right now. The suction along with the texture and the feeling of it gripping you just sets this toy so far above any of the other toys I have used so far. So, out of the Fleshlight STU, Tenga Flip Hole and the Spider, the Spider wins out except in terms of life span. The STU is still more intense and better quality, but for overall experience the Spider is my favorite.
