This item, as the name implies and according to the directions on the back, is meant to "wear around the penis." It can be worn for partner play or solo masturbation, is totally waterproof, and definitely small enough for discreet travel.

According to the back, this cock ring is "made of body-safe silicone." Silicone is non-porous and easy to clean, with no smell, but be warned that the matte finish does attract lint. My wife, in particular, was fascinated with the stretchy feel of it and did want to chew on it. It definitely CAN stretch, but it is reluctant to do so.

The ring is smooth with three beads equally spaced around. The beads did not seem to have any effect for me or my partner.
