The doll seems well constructed for an inflatable plastic doll of its type and was able to hold up well under my 200 pounds of body weight and remain properly inflated. While the doll features an “actual” natural life-like printed face it is not all that realistic and does not in my opinion add much to the overall experience. It has the typical valve for oral inflation similar to that found on inflatable air mattresses and I found it easy to inflate to the proper degree of firmness.
