For me, this toy worked best as a teaser. With no squeezing, and assuming you are thick enough, the ripples inside will kiss their way up and down your shaft, providing a light sensation that can keep you erect and aroused until you are ready to orgasm. You can easily squeeze the toy to tighten it around you.

This is a silicone item. The ripples inside are smooth, while the outer part of the toy is somewhat rough for a better grip. The ripples inside, while not textured, can drag up and down your shaft for a nice sensation. It is naturally soft enough so that you can squeeze and manipulate it more easily.

Overall, the design is okay, just not great. I found squeezing it didn't really offer that much stimulation to me. Not where it counted. I would have rather just seen the interior of the toy be a tighter entry, so that the toy only needed to stroke up and down your shaft for stimulation, without needing manual squeezes. The outer size may also be somewhat more difficult for those with smaller hands.

This is a silicone-based item, so don't use silicone-based lubricants with it. A little water-based lube on your shaft is all you need. Don't make the mistake of trying to put the lube inside the toy, because it will just get lost inside the ripples and this will not do you any good at all. To clean it, you can just drop it in boiling water for a few minutes, or use hot water in the bathroom sink. A bit of mild soap on your finger to rub around inside can also help. You can also hold it up under the faucet so the flow of water can flush it out.

For storage, you can tuck it back into its box and just stick it in a drawer somewhere. It can be squished flat if you don't use the box, in order to store it in a smaller space.
