This is a quality, well-made masturbator. The pressure regulator gives you the option to go from tight to even tighter. Overall I still prefer the Fleshlight but the Satisfyer Men One is a great option for about half the price.

Use

This toy is not a multi-tasker. You lube up the toy with your favorite lube (water-based). Maybe put a squirt of lube on your penis and insert. You can hold the toy still and move your hips or use your hands to move the toy. It is a toy you have to hold, and it is designed for penis owners. I would think most guys would use it for a fun masturbation session, but it would be hot to use a toy like this to give a little show for your significant other.

Material / Texture

The case is hard plastic. The insert is made of Cyberskin, which is a soft flesh-like material. There really is only a slight odor to the Cyberskin, but it is not a bad one. It is similar in feel to the material of a Fleshlight if you are familiar with that line of toys. The feel of the ?yberskin is what makes the toy work. Once you penetrate the toy, it does feel great, and really anyone beginner to advanced should be able to easily use this toy.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The design is ok. It could be a little hard for someone with small hands to use this toy with only one hand. I also think if you are an extremely endowed man that you might struggle with the tightness of the toy. Once you have the top and bottom caps on, it is kind of discreet, but I don't think you really want to leave it lying around on your coffee table.

For the life of me, I thought, looking at this toy on Eden's website, that it was a powered toy. It is not. It has a manual pump bellows on both sides to increase the pressure on the masturbator. The little dimpled button on the side (which I thought was a power button) is for releasing the pressure. That is not a criticism of the toy. That is my mistake, but I suppose if I thought it was a power button, others also might think the same.

Care and Maintenance

This toy completely breaks down for cleaning purposes. The skin insert pops out for washing and drying. You can put some of the masturbator sleeve powder on it(sold separately) to keep it from getting sticky and worn out. I have never used that powder before, but both Fleshlight and Satisfyer sell it. Once everything is all dry and clean, it reassembles easily.

I have added a video of the Satisfyer Men One being demonstrated with a Double Lover dildo from Eden. I picked this dildo because of its average size. It is about 6.5 inches long and approximately two inches in diameter.

Experience

I gave this toy several sessions to try it out. I drop a little lube in the toy and some on myself. Upon the first attempt, I had to unscrew the top to let out some of the pressure because it was too tight. Once inserted, it has a very nice squeeze to it. I would then pump the sides, and the tightness would increase. (You have to have the top screwed back on to create the vacuum.) With my second try with the Satisfyer, I alternated strokes with my Fleshlight Fleshlight It was kind of like my own threesome with my masturbators. The Satisfyer has a tighter insertion and overall feel to it, but the Fleshlight has better stimulation to your penis inside the toy. I guess the Fleshlight interior's design just feels better to me. Either toy does feel great and will have you cumming pretty quickly.

Follow-up commentary
This sleeve has held up very well with no damage or condition issues. I do not use it all the much but that has more to do with the fact that we have a lot of sex and I don't really need to masturbate that much.

    I recently purchased this and was a bit disappointed. It's a very tight sleeve, by design, but may be too tight for some men, and not just men who are well-endowed. Men of average length (5'-6'), but above average girth (e.g., greater diameter that the cardboard tube in a roll of toilet paper), may find this too tight. I've only used mine a few times and the opening is starting to tear. Also, you've got to be rock hard to penetrate it, which may not work well for older men or anyone who doesn't get strong erections. The product has 5 parts (shown in one of the reviewer's photos): the cyberskin sleeve, the "frame" that the sleeve fits into, the outer casing that contains the frame and sleeve, and a cap for each end. The sleeve alone is tight, but the diameter of the frame makes it tighter, plus there are "air pillows" in the frame that can be pumped up to make it even tighter. (I will never use that feature as it's already a bit too tight for me.) Some men may find it easier to use the cyberskin sleeve alone, allowing it to stretch more than it can do when confined in it's frame. Finally, the inner texture is not that stimulating to me. It feels OK, but it actually takes me longer to cum than I'd like. I know the manufacturer makes other sleeves with different inner textures that will fit this casing, so I may try one of those--something not as tight but with a more stimulating inner texture.
