This will add about 2"s to your length and 1/4" to your girth. It can also be used on firm sex toys to increase their girth and make them softer. This is very stretchy, soft, and cushy. It is 7 3/4" long, and the inside chamber is about 5 1/2"s. It can be easily trimmed to fit anyone less than 6"s. It is very stretchy and can easily go over someone 2"s in girth.

With its characteristics, it should fit just about anyone.

This is made of TPE, the softest material for sex toys. When I unpacked it, I thought it was silicone. It didn't have that usual TPE smell. It is super soft and plushy. Its best feature is it is so stretchy. There is some texture, especially when stretched out a lot. When put over the 2" thick Caesar, the texture was really felt. It may be best to use a condom if you are fairly thick. It fits like a glove, so don't worry about not feeling anything.

The added length comes from its head. The head is cushy and two inches long. This can be trimmed easily if you are about 3 1/4 to 5 1/2 inches in length to get a custom fit. And you will gain 1/4" in girth. It can be put on and removed very easily since it is so flexible and stretchy. The head is only 1 1/2" thick, though. So although it will fit like a glove, the head will be a little off.

A big plus for the Mega Head is how easy and quick it is to get on. Firm extenders are much more difficult to get on. One can lose part of their erection fiddling with it. Also, a firm one requires lubricant to get on. Not enough, and it's hard to get on. Too much, and it slips off while doing the deed. The worse thing that can happen is the extender comes off as one is pulling out.

Wash Mega with a toy cleaner or antibacterial soap and let dry very well. Apply some corn starch and place it in a baggie is my recommendation. Also, definitely don't place on any of your silicone toys or dildos.

In my opinion, Mega should last about a year if used once a week and taken care of. It will get microscopic tears that will eventually get bigger as time goes by. It picks up dust like crazy. So when it has outlived its usefulness as a penis extender, I will use it to clean my keyboard and dashboard in my car. Of course, I will cut off the Mega head first.

We have had good experiences with the extender. She said she couldn't care less, but I was happier, of course. She said I was longer and fatter. Maybe too fat. She also said she could feel the skin on the extender rubbing her whenever I picked up the pace. Myself, I was very happy I didn't lose that much sensation. We did try using condoms. That made the texture less but gave me less feeling. It's okay, though, since the purpose is for her pleasure. The condom also helps with lubrication since they are water-based lubed ones.

I did have to hold the tip to get it in her. The head is that soft. Once in, there were no complaints if you get my grift.
