I was uber excited to receive this cock ring, because it was my first one I had had owned, and I cannot achieve climax during sex without clitoral stimulation. It was also very cheap and seemed to have reasonable vibration and style for the price range. However, as I started to use the toy, the jelly became kind of foggy (not from use, but from shitty construction!) and EVERYthing sticks to it - dust, dirt. It became an easy throwaway toy.

Upon opening the package, I was pleased with the clear jelly because I want minimal distraction with new partners - bringing out some huge hot pink or blue toy is intimidating with new partners, and I like something discreet that they will be willing to use. The size is fairly small, although obviously thicker circumference than those cheap, disposable, ten dollar ones you can buy at the grocery store. There is both a cock ring and ball stretchy section - I have yet to find a partner who enjoys putting his balls into the stretchy ring, so from now on I'm only buying ones with a cock ring and not both. Both sections stretch huge, but are nice and snug for starters, so size will never be an issue for you with this ring. However, if your guy isn't into a snug fit, he will probably not like this ring if he is larger - I got several complaints that after awhile, it was too tight and too strong a vibration for him (more on that later). The balls section is internally nubbed for his pleasure (we didn't use this, so I don't know how it feels), with a little pleasure bump star at the bottom which feels good against her taint/anal area if he doesn't put it around his balls. If he does, then this pleasure bump would mainly be for his underside of his scrotum, which I imagine would feel quite good.

Onto the features for HER - which is the only reason I bought this ring. There are little pleasure stars/mini tentacle like fingers that come out of the vibrator sleeve, that supposedly reach to your clitoris. These did NOT reach to my clitoris, unless my partner fully penetrated, and just sat there with the cock ring against my clit (who does that? that's not even sex). So basically, this cock ring failed and sucked in terms of clitoral satisfaction. Also, the vibrator it comes with is SO sucky - not strong at all, cannot replace the batteries, one speed only (!!!), and mainly gets absorbed into the penis (I got a lot of complaints about his penis getting numb, and I wasn't getting anything at all!).

All in all, the vibrations weren't strong enough (you CAN replace the bullet with one of your own, however), the clitoral attachment NEVER reached me, it looks like shit after awhile from dust/dirt/fogginess, and is easily rivaled by the cheap, drugstore disposables. Stay away.
