I think this is an amazing extender. The best feature in my opinion, would have to be the many different vibration settings. It worked alot better then i thought it would, i thought it would be a bit uncomfortable, buts its very soft. The vibrations feel really good on the tip of the cock, the vibration starts from right there. Its pretty quiet, different vibrations are louder or quieter then others, but even on the highest setting its really quiet. It is Silicon so you want to use a water based lube and wash with a mild soap so you dont damage it or hurt yourself.
