The pump works fantastically, although his penis touches the end when pumped.. we might need an upgrade. The erection enhancer sits on the end of the pump, so when he's inside the pump, he can slide the cock ring off onto the base of his shaft, which then holds his penis to a full, and I mean very FULL, salute. My partner used this cock ring once in unison with the precision pump and said that "this cock ring was way (WAY!) too tight". We decided to change to a much more pliable cock ring, but that is only due to HIS natural girth. You can re-use this product, and I recommend you wash it before and after each use with an antibacterial toy wash, and let it dry before storing out of direct light.

In my personal experience, I found that this product is not for those men larger in girth, due to the lack of stretch and give of the cock ring's design. I believe this would work well for a man with a smaller or average penis.
