The Reversible Glow-in-the-Dark Sleeve by California Exotic is made out of highly stretchy TPR. This particular blend of TPR has so much give that it will fit penises of very large girths. The sleeve is 5.5" long and will cover a good amount of your shaft. The thicker you are, the less length it will cover, but due to the extreme amount of stretch it has, you'll be pleased with how much skin it can actually cover. The TPR is also just a little thicker than a condom so while you can't feel as much during sex as you would bareback, the sleeve doesn't completely obliterate all feeling and the wearer will still be able to receive some stimulation.

When holding the TPR in your hands it feels slick, pliable, and seems as if it would be comfortable. Unfortunately, when it's stretched and situated tautly over your penis, it has a very plasticky feel. California Exotics promises that the Reversible Glow-in-the-Dark Sleeve is Safe & Pure but unfortunately, does not specify whether or not it is phthalates-free.

If you're looking for a textured sleeve to wear during sex or over a vibrator, the Reversible Glow-in-the-Dark Sleeve by California Exotics is not a bad way to go. While it didn't glow and had a plasticky feel, it did have a lot of stretch which was very much appreciated.
