Sidekick #2 - penis stroker by Vibratex - review by ~LaUr3n~

After trying the Tenga Egg, my partner finally believed me that he would like the stimualtion from sleeves. I decided to get a few more inexpensive ones to feel out the kinds of textures he likes. The Sidekick #2 has deep ribbing and I thought this would be a good place to start. Another reason I wanted to buy inexpensive sleeves it that my guy is girthy and lengthy. The Sidekick #2 stepped up to the plate and blew us both out of the park! It fit him and was very comfortable. It was easy to use, arousing, and easy to clean. What more could you ask for? I recommend this to couples looking for fun things to use together, and guys wanting a discreet, inexpensive masturbator. This did fit my guy very comfortably, but it can also be used my smaller members too, just squeeze a bit tighter! For the females, this can be put on a vibrator, dong, or your partner for some extra stimulation and girth!

The sleeve is made of a super stretchy thermo plastic elastomer. I am used to this material being firm but it has many variables of density. In this instance it is very accommodating. It stretches really far and immediately goes back to its original shape. Normally materials of this softness and not near and safe. Elastomer is only slightly porous (cannot be sterilized). It is also phthalates and latex free, as well as being hypo-allergenic. It has a few downsides though. There is a chemical plastic smell that lingers on whatever touches it. Also, since it is so soft, it is slightly sticky and collects a lot of dust and lint.

It is 4 1/2" long and 2" wide (in diameter) when unstretched. It can be stretched to any penis width and it also can be pulled up and down during masturbation to make it cover more penis surface area. I think the size is great because it leaves the top of the penis free for other activities. Some might not like that this is open ended since you will need something to catch you cum if that is what you are used to.


The outside has 13 thick ribs. Since the sleeve is reversible, they look much different when they are flipped inside. They are then squiggle shapes instead of neat lines of ribs.


The awesome thing about this being reversible is that when flipped inside it is for male masturbation, when flipped outside it has multiple uses. It can be put on a variety of dildos or vibrators of most sizes. It can also be worn inside out on your partner's penis.


This toy is kind of discreet because it isn't phallic or vaginal looking in any way, but people might want to know what the bright blue squishy thing is. It weighs next to nothing so that makes it good for travel, but only if you protect it from heat and dust.

All it takes is a little bit of lubricant on the penis and on the inside of the sleeve. I couldn't believe how easy this was to use. I didn't have to worry about hurting my partner at all. He absolutely loved the sensations and immediately started throbbing with arousal. I figured since this isn't a really tight fitting toy, that re would need extra stimulation but he totally didn't. This sleeve is enough to finish him by itself. I liked to use it on the bottom 3/4th of his penis and then use one hand to stroke the top while my mouth was the end of tunnel when I would do a down stroke. There are a lot of creative combinations you can come up with. Flipping it inside out and placing it on my partner for intercourse felt amazing also. Just make sure there isn't a plethora of lubricant because it might slide off during penetration. I preferred to use this on my thinner toys. While it did make them thicker, the ribbing wasn't as stimulating as I thought it would be.

Immediately after using this, my partner said "Well that gets 5 stars!"

Water and silicone lubricants can be used with this toy. When cleaning clean bit the inside and out with warm water and soap since this cannot be boiled. Make sure to let it dry and then place back into the small package away from other vinyl materials.

The package is very simple. It comes in a rectangular clear plastic box only slightly larger than the toy (yeay for not being wasteful!). There is a removable insert that has a few tips of use and care for the toy on the back. It would make the perfect stocking stuffer or a cute addition to a travel kit.
