The Power Rock Vibrating Penis Tickler is primarily marketed as a tickling penis sleeve that also vibrates temporarily. The sleeve will fit on the shaft to add a bit of texture and a very slight amount of girth. Depending on if you have the bullet facing up, for clitoral stimulation, or down, for testicular stimulation, this can be pleasurable for partner play. However, we felt it did not live up to our expectations and were both ready to give up on it completely.

Then we pulled out the toys and took a second look, and boy are we glad we did!! My husband wanted to try this as an added sleeve for his penis pump. But first, we replaced the bullet with one of our higher quality ones, this made a world of difference. Now he can experience vibrations while getting all pumped up, just keep the bullet on the outside.

This worked very well in other toys. He has a Tenga Flip Air and this works great when placed in the same manner as the pump. The extended sleeve spreads the vibrations over a slightly larger area for his pleasure. The Power Rock is made of Senso, which rates a lowly 2 on the safety scale. This is a very porous, non-sterilizable, soft material that is NOT to be shared. The material is water repellant and extremely stretchy, as well as feeling soft and comfortable while being worn or used. It does attract lint, dirt and bacteria, so if you can use a condom, please do so while using this sleeve with another person. My husband makes sure not to get any cum on the material and we use water based lube only. This helps with the cleanup, however we are planning on having a few of these on hand for our personal safety.

The material is very soft, the ticklers are super flexible and pleasing. There is a bit of drag to the material which adds to the stimulation. Depending on how you decide to use this sleeve, the ticklers can be pleasing and will add to the experience.

There is a very slight rubbery aroma but there was no taste to the sleeve. The stretch this sleeve has is phenomenal and it will fit many different girths and still be comfortable. The material is lightly sticky, but after being rubbed with cornstarch, was pleasingly soft and not sticky at all.

The sleeve, unstretched, is 2 1/2" long and 3/4" diameter (not counting the 1/4" ticklers). The unstretched bullet sleeve is 1" long by 1/2" diameter. Stretched, it is a very different story! The girth will go up to 3" on the sleeve and 1/3/4" on the bullet sleeve. This will fit most any man and bullet. The length of the sleeve will stretch about another couple of inches, however, my husband likes it slightly bunched to resemble a cock ring more than a sleeve. Unless it is inside the pump.

This slips on easily with a dab of lube and also is easily removable. If using this for a pump sleeve or penetration, be careful not to use much lube at all, you do not want this slipping. The fit is snug but comfortable. When using this for a hand job accessory, use more lube than you think you need. And for oral, flavored lube makes this more pleasant for the person performing the oral.

The bullet is very weak and short lived. It lasts about 45 minutes and does have replaceable watch batteries. However we added one of our higher quality bullets to this sleeve immediately and noticed an immense difference. We do save the disposable bullets for other items.

The sleeve performed better than we could ever have expected, just not for the reason it is marketed. I found the material horribly uncomfortable when used as a vibrating sleeve during penetration and the bullet was not even close to where it needed to be for my stimulation. When used for regular PIV sex, this was a complete failure for both of us. The sleeve really boosted a lot of our toy use and was valuable after we experimented and found better uses for it.

We carefully wash this sleeve in warm, soapy water and rinse it off thoroughly. Let this air dry so it does not pick up any lint. When it is completely dry, rub it inside and out with a little bit of cornstarch to keep it from getting too tacky.

Use ONLY water based lubricant and store this sleeve by itself in a zip lock bag away from your other items. Cool, dark areas are preferable.

When the sleeve develops an odor, discolors, or shows any other signs of breaking down..toss it and grab a new one.
