The Chocolate realistic textured extension is a TPR sleeve designed to be stretched over your own cock to add some additional girth and length along with extra veins and nubs. This allows a guy to add a bit of extra size as a treat for their partner.

There are a number of really good points to the Chocolate Realistic Texture Extension (yes, I feel the need to use the whole title since it's so long and awkward).

The first is the TPR material seemed to have just the right amount of stretch for me to be able to wedge myself secure inside it but still be tight enough that it didn't slip around or come off during hard, fast thrusts.
Secondly, according to my wife, it did seem to add a noticeable difference in length and thickness even if the measurable change was about 1/4 - 3/8" in length about about the same in diameter. This is enhanced by the veiny texture and umm... nubs, fingers, spikes.. (well I'm not sure how to describe them) at the base. The things at the bottom are actually very soft and enhance the feel, contrary to how they look in the picture.
Finally since it does mostly, or completely depending on your length, cover you cock it is great for extending play as it lowers your stimulation while increasing hers.


On the other hand there are a couple of minor issues we found with the Chocolate realistic textured extension. All are minor and none are keeping this out of our toy rotation, but things that should be mentioned.
First and most noticeable for my wife was the slightly flared base. Since the Chocolate realistic textured extension (told you I can't resist) isn't long enough to completely cover me there is a noticeable change between the toys thickness and my own. At first it wasn't an issue but my wife said it became noticeable and uncomfortable after about 20 minutes.
Second is the TPR material. While it stretches well and had a really nice soft, warm feeling it is a bit more porous and difficult to clean than silicon. I recommend a specialty sex toy cleaner along with mild soap and water since you can't just toss it into the dish washer.
Finally, just to be safe avoid using this for anal play. While it never moved on me I'd be worried about it coming off and getting lost if used anally. Tempting as it may me.

Over all the Chocolate realistic textured extension was a great new toy and we had a lot of fun testing it. Repeatedly.


OH! One last thing. I never tested this while wearing a condom since I'm very happily married, and fixed, so I can't tell you how it would work in conjuncture with one.
