On one side it is smooth, while the other has a terrain of raised bumps for texture while stroking. It can flex and bend around your junk any way you want it to. Since it isn't a tube, it fits any size guy and actually felt good being rubbed on my lady's lady parts too. It is easy to use and reusable. It also comes in a very discreet package. For such a simple product, I received a lot of pleasure.

The front of the package says that it is made of silicone but a tiny sticker on the back shows that it is not 100%. Instead it is made of TPR silicone which cannot be sterilized or shared unless you use a condom during masturbation and that is no fun. It is phthalates and latex free though, so that's an up side. It also has very little smell. The material is like 1/6" thick which is very durable even though it is very stretchy. It can bend and contort any way and it will always return to its original shape. The design is so simple yet so perfect. Basically it is a pad about the size of a slightly ovaled CD. The main purpose of this pad is for male masturbation. You need to use lubricant, this will just pull at the skin otherwise. Put some lubricant (water based only) on your rigid member and the inside textured part of the pad. Wrap it around and start sliding. It is easy to hold and maneuver. The raised spots felt great and I really liked them on my head. I also liked that the end of this is obviously open so I can get oral at the same time too. You don't have to wrap it around though. Just place it in your palm and slide it around where ever. This worked well on my partner's lady parts. It wasn't anything that would get her off, but it was a nice starter. The packaging is kinda cool actually. It is a CD case; literally a CD case without the little star clip thing in the middle. You just slap this in there and close the lid. The outside cardboard sleeve is useless and has no info. It isn't needed.
