This lasso is best used to constrict blood flow in the penis to help erection duration, or to engorge the penis. This lasso can be used by any man with any thickness less than 5.5-6 inches in circumference. It can be used by beginners or advanced users if you are careful.

Ours came as a glittered loop, so we didn't have the typical smooth feel of jelly products. Since jelly is not a very safe material, you should use with a condom covering your penis over the lasso, or use with only one partner if you are monogamous and both are clean. This product cannot be sanitized. Jelly also catches hair, so you need to be very cautious in your adjusting.

The lasso already comes threaded into the bead. The design and shape are good, but when tightening, it should be pulled away from the penis and the ends pulled gently. The first time we tightened it, it caught not only hair, but skin and pinched it between the two ends in the bead. OUCHIE! You definitely want it to go on loosely and tighten it carefully to avoid the product snapping, as others experienced. Would fit anyone from below average to slightly above average. Not for huge penises! You would not want to use with a pump, or you may not be able to get it on/take it off.

Removal was slightly more difficult. Be gentle when sliding it off because of hair pulling. Probably best to gently loosen bead then slide it off.

The has absolutely no mechanical functions. The only way it adjusts is as described above.

As I said before, you want to only use it if you can cover it when using a condom or if you are using it with only one, safe/clean tested partner as this product cannot be sterilized. To clean after use, you want to wash it in warm water with soap and allow to dry completely before re-threading to avoid the jelly sticking to itself.

Once placed correctly, this was very comfortable for my husband to wear. He really enjoys the sensation of having his penis constricted, and I really love feeling him engorged inside me, ridges, veins, and a fat, purple, angry head!
