It's an odd design, but it works amazingly. It's solid plastic on the outside, soft on the inside and soft on the top where the pump piece is. When you put your penis into it, you can use the top bulb pump to increase the tightness of the masturbation sleeve; it works really well and gives great sensations. There is what looks like a waterproof (maybe splashproof) button on it that controls vibrations and heat. The vibrating is amazing and actually works really well, I haven't used the heat, and I'm not going to. I tested it out, it works, it's just not my thing. No smell, and I didn't taste it, and I'm not going to.

Again it's an odd shape, but it works so amazing I don't really care. The pump, like I have said before, works great, and I can really feel the vibrations coming through.
