The Cosmo Kama Sutra - erotic book by Hearst - review by Munko

This book is a good book for those looking to add a little spice to their intimate relationships. Each position features a picture, a short description of the position, basic how-to's of the position and a difficulty rating. It contains a lot of popular positions, some new twists on classic positions and a few trickier, not so common positions. This book doesn't include a lot of detail however and not a lot of 'advanced' or more detailed positions. It also doesn't include a lot of instructions - it really is best for those just looking to have a little fun.

The pictures are cartoon drawn pictures and do not depict any genitalia. They're very modest and decent for anyone who may be uncomfortable with graphic pictures. They do a fairly decent job of depicting the position and helping the text describe how to do the position.

The descriptions I found a little lacking and brief, but with a little work we generally managed to figure out some of the more difficult positions. A tips section of how to make some of the positions work better would have been a great additional feature. Over all though, they're a good basic guide on how to add a few twists to some familiar positions. We ended up creating some new positions of our own in attempts to follow some of the instructions.

I was personally looking for something a little more advanced, with a bit more description but it did still give us some new ideas, it was generally easy to follow and the pictures were easy to look at and follow. My partner tends to be a bit shier than I am in the bedroom and he was comfortable with this book as well. It did help serve the purpose I bought it for, which was to add a bit of excitement and some new tricks into our bedroom repertoire, so I still feel the purchase was worth it.

We liked to pull the book out when things were getting a bit routine and pick a few new positions each to try.
