Big Book Of Sex Toys - book discontinued by Quiver - review by Princess-Kayla ♥

When they say "Big Book of Sex Toys", they mean it's a BIG book. When I ordered it, I figured it'd be about 100 pages telling me a little about different kinds of sex toys. I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the box though. It is 246 pages all about sex toys.

Not only is it full of very interesting information, it has a picture on every other page and full color illustrations of sex toys. There are pictures of couples using different sex toys in different ways. It is all heterosexual couples. I do wish they would have added a few gay and lesbian couples to show how toys could be used for them too, but I can't really change that.

It explains about everything from vibrators and dildos to swings and bondage. Anything you may be interested in is most likely going to be in this book.

It does show in the beginning pictures of both male and female anatomy and tells you a bit about those.

I've also learned a lot from reading this book. I've not only learned about different sex toy facts, I also learned that a long time ago vibrators were given as prescriptions to women as "Marital aids". I don't know what would happen if I walked into a doctor's office nowadays and asked for a vibrator.

The book is hardcover, which is nice, so it doesn't get all crinkly or anything like that. The cover shows the words, "THE BIG BOOK OF SEX TOYS" spelled out using a mixture of letters and various sex toys such as vibrators and cock rings.

I love reading it because not only is it very informative but it provides a few laughs. It also gives me great ideas as to which sex toys I want to get next. Right now I'm waiting on a Jack Rabbit.

If you're interested in learning a lot about different sex toys and what they could do for you, then I strongly suggest getting it. It's definitely worth the $20.00 I paid for it.

I also plan on having a sex toy party some point in the future. This book is definitely going to help me plan that and try to help people find the toys that will suit their needs.

I still love this book. It has a little spot on my bookshelf, and I don't really care who sees it. I'm planning to have a sex toy party, and this book has helped me a lot with some of the knowledge that I need in order to make it a success.
