This book has a wide range of authors, and is edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel. After reading a few books, I have come to recognize and really enjoy some of the authors. The ones I remember by name so far from this book are Teresa Noelle Roberts and Rachel Kramer Bussel.

The book has a wide variety of bondage in it, with both males and females being the top and bottom, and with hetero and homo couples. There are handcuffs, leather, spanking, rope bondage, multiple partners, male corset wear, anal play and a whole lot more. Even though the book is based on bondage, not every story used common bondage items, like cuffs, spreader bars and so on. Sometimes the characters just used a little rope and household goods to secure their prey, or nothing but a corset like in Laced.

Just like Best Bondage Erotica 2011, and other books edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel, the book features the same image front and back, and a little description on the back of the book. This one has a woman in latex pushing the head of her male partner down, and this sets the tone of the book, in that there is a good amount of femdom going on. We see that he is topless with a collar, and she is in arm guards, stockings, bra and panty. While not overly graphic, this couldn't be read out in public without a cover.

The book measures 8 inches by 5.5 inches, and is 209 pages long. The shortest story was only 4 pages long, while the longest was 14 pages long. There is a nice foreword by Midori that is 3 pages long, an introduction that is also 3 pages long, and then in the back are a few pages with information about each of the authors and the editor as well.

The 3 page foreword by Midori was excellently written. It was directed to someone who might not be sure about bondage. She says "If, when reading some stories, your mind protests, but your sex swells and throbs, give particular focus to these tells." And she also gives little hints how to use this book to get your lovers attention to your desires.

A Night At The Opera- An excellent story that I thoroughly enjoyed, of a husband being bound during an opera performance, and he hates opera. And he was bound in a wonderful way, a way that I would personally really enjoy. His arms were in opera length leather gloves, secured around his back and to his ankles. Then he was forced to not enjoy the opera, but enjoy something else. I want to get some of those gloves for myself!

The Spider and The Fly- A story about Nick, a submissive boyfriend, and Paolina, the dominant girlfriend, who invites him to participate with her at a performance at a BDSM club. But he is very nervous, and decides one night to finally go and surprise her at the club by being her willing volunteer. And what a performance that was put on! I am never one for public sex, but the story made me want to be in his shoes.

As Long As You Don't Wake Me- A man comes home from work exhausted, and finds his girlfriend ready and eager to play. He just asks her if he can sleep, and to not wake him. And when he finally does wake, he is in for a real surprise, that involves being tied up, blindfolded, and some anal play.

This book has been in my possession since about Christmas. I simply either forget about it, or really don't have the time to read. Two weeks ago I finally pulled out one of my books, and read through it. This week I packed this book, and once I started to read it, I didn't want to stop. I have already found two stories that I really love, and I am only 6 stories in. I already feel that along with last years version of Best Bondage Erotica, these are the favorite erotic books that I have read so far. Other ones are so so, these two are really awesome.
