CBT For Dummies!
"Family Jewels" give a good overview of CBT and other male genital forms of play, but it is not the end-all book to dive into being able to do this. It is, however, one of the best guides out there even though I would still definitely recommend finding a real-life person to learn from.

Great review. It's a shame it's not everything it could be, but for the sake of people who need the info I'm really glad it exists.
and just to add to what antipova said I'm glad we live in a age with internet get these so we can easily books if we need them
