The Joyballs (aka Love balls) surface is made from medical-grade silicone and have been around since the late Middle Ages. The balls are made to strengthen your PC muscles and to stretch the pelvic floor muscles to enhance both male and female pleasure during intercourse.
Joyballs (single) is a ball on a string that you insert into your vagina for (a recommended) 4 hours a day. I followed the suggested instructions and for at least 4 hours a day for one month, I used it. And not only by the end of the month, were my vaginal muscles noticeably stronger, but it was...a pleasure using them the whole time!
To effectively tighten these muscles, they recommend inserting Joyballs deep into the vagina and doing, in essence, Kegels (when you tighten your muscles to stop the flow of urine when using the toilet) to strengthen and tone.
At first, it was a little strange feeling. It didn't hurt but I could feel it in there, and to be honest, it aroused me to the point where I felt the need to release and decided a little masturbation was in order.
