The KamaSutra Cooling Intensifying Gel comes in a cardboard box with product descriptions printed on it. Inside the box you will find the tube of gel with .5 fluid ounces inside. The tube is a minty green color with the KamaSutra logo on it and some minimal product information. It has a black cap and measures 4 inches long. The tube is very small and looks like a travel tube of toothpaste or a tube of lip gloss. Its small size makes it easy to just put it in your purse to take the cooling sensations with you wherever you may want them.


There is not very much gel in the tube but beware that it only takes a little bit to get the cooling sensation. The gel is clear and runny, when it's warm its more like a liquid gel than a traditional gel. It comes out of the tube very easily with just a little squeeze or you can just let it slowly drip out. To use it just screw off the cap and drop a couple of drops on your fingers, clitoris, nipples, or wherever you're sensitive and rub it in. Upon rubbing the gel in you will begin to feel the cooling sensation, even on your fingers. Lightly blowing or rubbing on the place where the gel was applied will intensify the sensation. It lasts for a good 10 minutes and you can always reapply if you need more time. Getting the spot wet with a lick will also intensify the cooling effect. It has a very faint minty taste and a pretty strong minty scent.


It didn't stain my skin and after use it tends to feel slightly greasy, but it can be easily washed off with a little soap and warm water. It contains parabens and glycerin so if you are sensitive to those you may want to look elsewhere. It is water based and can be used with any toy. If you are sensitive to cold and it does not turn you on then this is probably not for you. I found that this did indeed enhance my arousal because of the cooling sensation. It's no miracle worker but it does feel good and it adds an extra level of sensation. It didn't cause any irritation for me however be sure to do your research on the ingredients and make sure it's okay for you by trying a small sample first.

I rarely reach for this gel anymore. I love the idea of a cooling gel but have yet to find one that really works best for me. I think I want more of a cooling effect than this gel can provide. I will still keep the tube I purchased and use it occasionally, but I probably wont be buying a new tube when it runs out. I would still recommend this product to try, especially if you're curious to experiment with cooling sensations.
