These nipple clamps are large and easy to use and should fit most nipples well as they are quite adjustable. They're smooth and slightly weighted as they are made out of stainless steel. There is no metallic smell which is a huge plus. The metal makes it possible to use these for temperature play by either warming or cooling them before use. The design is very nice being strong yet also a bit feminine. Both the clamps and the chain are very sturdy and not easily bent or broken. I found these perfect for either me or my partner to interact with while in use by pulling the chain or tapping the clamp or nipple for a burst of sensation which really adds to the experience.


Each clamp is approximately 1 and 3/4 inches wide, and the chain is approximately 12 inches. The screws can be adjusted perfectly, and each screw is approximately 3/4 inch. The chain is removable both for ease of use and for cleaning. Clamps and chain are easy to clean with a bleach solution or rubbing alcohol.


Screw clamps can be adjusted a bit easier than alligator clamps which may be a bit too much for pierced nipples even on the widest setting. It didn't take long to figure out how to adjust them perfectly with my nipple jewelry. I found these easy to use and as long as they're placed behind the jewelry I've had no issues with pulling or tearing. I have flat nipples which can be problematic to use with clamps, but these hold well when the nipple is pulled out, and then clamps are adjusted to hold snugly. Clamps aren't easily pulled off without loosening while in the midst of a play session. My partner and I are the huge fan of these over other clamps we have tried.

I was very excited to try these, especially with flat pierced nipples. My partner was excited to try something new as well. These were very easy to use and definitely added some spice to the usual routine of things. It's rare for me to find clamps that don't come off or constantly need to be readjusted.
