Kind of works
This may help you and is not a huge investment but didn't work for me... not unpleasant but ineffective/not enough of an effect

This works about as well as oragel, with easier application. Because of the numbing effect use with caution- do not combine with breath play or other situations choking might be at risk (ie with a ball gag of hanging head off the bed during oral sex).
Disappointed it didn't work better and won't be trying again
The taste was not bad and my partner thought it felt odd at first but kind of liked it.. if your partner comes too quickly during a bj this could also be helpful for that as it delayed his coming.
