This is a nice collection of Principessa Beauty products, but it is certainly not a massage kit. The contents of this box are small trial sizes of the following items: Terme Tresses Shampoo, Terme Tresses Conditioner, Fresh Fiore Creamy Body Wash, Dolce Dreams Whipped Body Lotion, Cattiva Diva Silky Hand Cream, and also included is a Candelina Soy Travel Candle and a cute pink shower pouf. I have purchased some of these products individually and was so impressed I decided to buy the collection to try more items.

The Terme Tresses Shampoo and Conditioners work together in perfect harmony. The shampoo is different than most other shampoos in that it does not lather up very much but it still leaves my hair feeling clean. The conditioner is thick and does indeed moisturize, soften, untangle, and give my hair a nice sheen when it dries. Both of these are of the Isolina fragrance collection.

Also in the Isolina collection is the Fresh Fiore Creamy Body Wash. This is a pretty pink, rather thick lotion that cleanses and softens your skin. It is perfect to use in the bath or shower with the included pink net shower pouf.

The Dolce Dreams Whipped Body Lotion is a very light hand cream. It goes on quickly and is absorbed into the skin, leaving behind no greasy or sticky feeling. The Cattiva Diva Silky Hand Cream is thicker than the whipped lotion but still is easily absorbed and also does not leave any sticky residue. Both products leave your skin feeling hydrated and soft. The last item included is the Candelina Soy Travel Candle. The candle is to scent the room and give off a romantic aura. These items are in the Bellocia scent line of products.

The shampoo and conditioner are pretty standard in their texture and thickness, although the conditioner is thicker than most conditioners I have used. It feels more like a hand cream than a hair conditioner (but rest assured, it is for your hair.) Are these massage items? I think not.

The body lotions (Whipped Body Lotion and Silky Hand Cream) both work well. The whipped lotion is lighter and fluffier than the thicker silky hand cream. Both are equally effective but the whipped lotion takes less to cover a larger area. Again, are these specific massage items? You can use these when massaging your partner but I think oils are so much better and you can glide around much easier.

The Body Wash is a thick and creamy pinkish lotion that is effective in cleansing your skin and also leaving it feeling soft and smelling quite good. Again, not a massage item.

The soy candle has a wax like feeling and as it burns it turns to oil. If you like heated oils you can use this for massage, but beware of the temperature as you could burn yourself or your partner (unless of course, you want to...).

The "Isolina" frangrence is very light and has a baby powder/floral scent. I find it very pleasing. If it were a perfume I would like it particularly when I am feeling frisky. It is a scent that turns me on and I find when I feel good my partner enjoys our playtime even more.

The "Bellocia" scent is more spicy and I am not a true fan of the scent. If it were a perfume I would use it for a work fragrance because it does nothing to turn me on.

We did not taste any of these products.

The net pouf is durable and very effective in cleansing and exfoliating your skin. I would not use it on my face (I would not use any of these products on my face). I even put the pouf through the washing machine before I used it and it came out fine.

The soy candle did not scent the room we light it in. It was burning for almost two hours, but unless you took a deep whiff close to the candle you cannot smell anything. Still, in the dark, it gives off a nice glow.

The shampoo and conditioner are my favorites. I have full size bottles of each. The shampoo, although not very sudsy, leaves my hair squeaky clean and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny. I do not notice any gummy residue.

All of the Principessa Beauty products come in very pretty pink and white containers. The items in this collection are packaged in a reusable pink box with the Principessa logo and a carrying strap. Each item has vague instructions for use, but they are all so commonly used that 99% of people will know how to use each item.

If Mom's birthday is coming or just a nice gift for a special woman in your life, I can not think of a nicer gift for the woman who probably has everything. This is a gift that will pamper her and introduce her to a luxurious line of beauty products.
