As I review the Precious Gems Intimate Charms, I have to say upfront that I am not a woman with naturally erect nipples. Sure, when I'm cold or excited they make their presence known, but they don't continuously stay that way. So this nipple jewelry was more of a challenge for me to use.

I was excited to review this item because I have been toying with the idea of nipple jewelry for some time now. However, I was a bit surprised by the size of the dangling plastic "gems." I would have preferred them smaller and a bit more discreet underneath my shirt. Not that they felt too heavy; they were just more noticeable than I anticipated.

The cord holding the "gems" have a loop at the top that slide to tighten. The cord itself is made of rougher material which adds to the sensation and gives it a slightly better grip. After getting my nipples hard, I was able to slide the cord's loops over them and tighten. Now, I don't know if it is possible to tighten them enough to cut off the nipple circulation, but it was one of my concerns. I didn't want to have my nipples turn purple and lose feeling! But the charms have to be tightened enough to stay on, so I tightened them to the point of being a bit uncomfortable to ensure a tight and secure fit. However, within about ten minutes my nipples grew soft and the charms fell off anyway. This certainly wasn't an item I could wear all day long, which I found disappointing.

While I was wearing the nipple charms, I did get an exciting feeling as soon as I put them on, a feeling that shot straight down to my pussy, getting me wet. I felt sexier, naughtier...
