So Fresh And So Clean

If you're looking for something that's organic, vegan friendly, smells good, and lathers even better, look no farther. The scent fills the shower lightly while using, and doesn't stick around, which is only bad if you just can't get enough of this lemongrass coconut.

Use

The best use of this body wash is, well, to clean yourself with, either in the bath or shower. It's organic and vegan friendly, so pretty much everybody can use it, and in a pinch, it could even double as a bubble bath, although you should probably stick to squirting it on your loofah.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

It's gt the consistency of most other body wash/cleansing gels out there, just liquidy enough that you don't have to hurt yourself shaking it out, but not so liquidy that it squirts out everywhere while you're trying to use it. It didn't leave my skin or my fiance's with any kind of residue after being washed off.

Taste / Aroma

I didn't taste this, and honestly, I recommend you don't either. However it smells just lovely. Like the perfect combination of lemon and coconut. Heavily scented enough that you don't have to strain to smell it, but won't be overwhelming at all. In the shower, I could smell it while I used it, but after I toweled off, I had to try to smell it on my skin and even then, the scent only lasted a short while. The scent reminds me of some sort of baked good, although I can't quite put my finger on it.

Performance

It outperformed my 'regular' body wash from Dial, at least as far as how much I had to use to get a good foofy lather going. I thought I was going to need somewhere between a quarter and half dollar sized dollop, but closer to a nickel size actually works better. With a nickel sized dollop I didn't feel like I was using too much or ending up with too much lather, but with the slightly larger than quarter size dollop, I felt like the loofah was oozing lather forever, and not in a good way. It washes off easily and when I used it to shave my legs, they came out nice and smooth.

Packaging

It comes in a bottle that while not big, is still sized nicely at 8 ounces, especially for how little you actually need during each use. The bottle will easily blend in with any toiletries in the shower or on a counter. It makes a point of telling you that it's paraben free, DEA free, naturally derived and pure vegan. The cap is much like you would find on a shampoo bottle, just press down one side to pop up the other.

The ingredients are also listed as: aqua, sodium laureth sulphate, acrylates copolymer, cocamidopropyl betaine, aloe barbadensis leafe juice, glycol stearate, parfum, cocamide DEA, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, triethanolamine, cocamide MEA, laureth-12, DMDM dydantoin, benzophenone 4, disodium EDTA, water and alcohol and certified organic lycium barbarum (goji berry) fruit extract and certified organic cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemon grass) leaf/stem extract and certified organic aloe leaf extract. May also contain: blue 1, red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6, red 33, and ext. violet 2. **If you're allergic or have sensitivities to aloe, you should probably pass this one up**

Experience

I am just pleased as punch with this stuff. I never leave my shower not feeling clean and relaxed when I use this body wash. I don't need much to get a really nice lather going, my fiance doesn't think the scent is too girly, and one loofah will clean us both with some to spare. It might not be the cheapest stuff out there, but it sure is nice for someone who has problems with most body washes that contain glycerin.
Follow-up commentary
I admit, I haven't used this in a long time. Why you ask? Because when visiting my sister last year I forgot it there, and she took to using it. I bought her some more for Christmas hoping to get my bottle back, but no, it wasn't happening. She had a bottle with her when she came home to visit recently, and I took the opportunity to shower with it since it was in there. I can't quite justify buying another bottle right now since I already have quite a few bottles of body wash, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody who was interested.

I'm definitely planning on getting it for my sister, and quite possibly my mom too, as my sister gets rashes using some other body washes, and my mom just loves and appreciates anything organic. Once I can take some baths, I'm definitely getting the bubble bath

    Thanks Alicia and Dwtim
