Amour be mine massage kit - sensual kit discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Breas

The Be Mine Cuddle Massage Kit is absolutely adorable. It would make an excellent Valentine’s Day present, or just a lovely gift to let your partner know you were thinking of them.

The kit is packaged in a cardboard box. The front of the packaging has the name of the product, what the kit includes, and a few cut-outs in the box that allow the receiver to see some of the contents inside through the plastic covering the cut-outs. The back of the packaging has a large photo of the contents in the kit, a brief description of the product, the brand logo, and a few of the product features which include “waterproof” as well as “safe and pure” I find the product packaging to be very romantic looking. The Be Mine Cuddle Massage Kit includes a plush teddy bear, massage oil with pheromones, and a 4inch massager with interchangeable heads. All of the items in the kit were individually wrapped in sealed plastic.

The plush bear that comes in the kit is a white bear with a red bow. His hands are sewn together as if he were holding his hands. His fur is extremely soft. The material he is made from is polyester, and his red bow is organza. There is a small care tag on the back of his leg, which states that he should be washed in cold water, and air-dried. The bear is in a seated position, and in this position his height is a little less than 6 ½ inches.



The Amour massage oil with pheromones is 1oz (30mL). The bottle has a black snap-top lid for easy usage. The oil is very runny. The oil is just a bit thicker than water. The oil does not feel tacky or sticky at all on the skin. The massage oil does absorb a bit into the skin after rubbing it in for a while, but even after a longer-period massage, there will be a bit of oil still on the top of the skin, leaving it feeling a bit greasy. We did not need to reapply this product during our massage, which means that even though the bottle is only 1oz, it should last us for many more massages to come. The oil is very easy to wash off of your skin when you are done with the massage. To clean, just use soap and water on the area(s) it has been applied to. The back of the bottle states all of the ingredients in the oil. The ingredients in the massage oil are as follows:

Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, C11-13 Isoparaffin, Aleurites Moluccana (Kukui Nut) Seed Oil, Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Copulandrone, Copuline-alike, Ethylhexylglycerin, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Lecithin, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, PEG-4 Dilaurate, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Reconstituted Andronone, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Zea Mays (Corn) Oil, Fragrance (Parfum).

The scent is quite strong and to me it smells like lavender. The scent will linger on your skin even after it has been washed off. The oil leaves your skin feeling very silky and smooth. As for the pheromone aspect of the product, it really did not get me excited, but I suppose this could be different depending on the individual.



The massager that comes in the kit is red in colour, and has four interchangeable heads. The massager requires 1x AA battery that is not included in the kit. The massager material is ABS plastic, which is safe, non-pourous, phthalate free and non-toxic. There is only one setting on the massager, but surprisingly, the one setting is quite powerful. The one setting is also quite loud. You are able to hear it through a closed door.

The massager is waterproof, and I did not have a hard time with ensuring the battery compartment was closed tightly. The four heads for the massager have a nice texture to them, though I prefer the smoother nubs to the others. You can see the massager heads in the photo below. Also, when the massager is turned on, there is a red light inside of the product that lights up. I’ve attached a photo of this as well.

The massager is nice because it can be used for clitoral stimulation, or as a muscle massager. I used it in my partner’s shoulder and he said it felt really nice. Of course, there are more powerful massagers to use for muscle massage, but this little massager works well for its size. There is a bit of drag to the product when used without an oil or lubricant of some kind. The massager is compatible with both water based, and silicone lubricants. To clean the massager, just wipe it down with a bit of soap and water, or toy cleaner.

Both my partner and I give this product a 4 out of 5. We think it’s an extremely cute kit, and we really enjoyed the massager and oil. The reason why it was not a five out of five is because the massager only has one setting. This isn’t so bad when massaging muscles, but when using it for clitoral stimulation, I personally prefer a variety of settings rather than just an on and off button.

I'm still happy with the kit. While my partner and I don't use the oil very much, we did get plenty of use out of the massager. We had used the massager a handful of times (I'd say probably 7-8 times) before the one battery died, which I think is not that bad. I don't use the massager for myself, but instead I use it on my partner during oral sex. He really enjoys it, so we've dedicated this vibrator for that use only. The bear sits on my shelf. He's still as cute as ever!
