Anytime you apply pressure to the nipples, when relieving the pressure the nipple will be extremely sensitive. Unless you enjoy pain when you remove clamps let the nipple alone for about 5 minutes and you can play again. I use my nipple clamps a lot and the rubber tips eventually came off (after about 14 uses) I simply used some nail glue and glued them right back on and they have been on ever since.

When the rubber tips came off we still used clamps just to add the extra pain factor, but to keep from tearing skin we glued the rubber grips back on. We actually did enjoy playing with them even without grips. (But again I enjoy BDSM)
