When I first got it, I was so excited! It is the cutest little massager ever and came looking just how I assumed. I was hesitant to use it at first because I know I don't have a rack to boil it for reuse. When it first comes, it is squishy and cold, but not too cold. I used it as it first came since I do tend to feel hot a lot of times, and it was very relaxing.

Early morning I was in pain, but I had some work to do so I decided to put it to use. I flexed the disk two times, and it activated. Watching the crystals grow in seconds was so cool to me! The temperature instantly starting rising as soon as that happened. It is very helpful with pain, I am so glad I ended up getting this.

I have to say I am very pleased with this product. I used this for menstrual cramps, and it made me feel so much better! Although pain is not all it can be used for. You can use it to simply relax you or warm you up in winter!

I still love this little massager, although have only used the first one I got once as I assumed I would. I have another one now since Edenfantasys loves to give these amazing massagers for free sometimes. I would love to have a whole collection of this same item because of how it comes in handy and can fit in all my bags. My only complaint is that I wish I could microwave it since I would have to buy a rack to reuse it.
