What's so universal about this pillow is it's perfect for missionary, doggy, and cowgirl. It's also strong enough to support the weight of two people. I am plus size and currently weight 225. My fiance weighs 175, and we are able to use the pillow without any issue. You can also combine it with other restraints and other BDSM goodies for an added touch.

This product is made from easy-to-clean Phthalate-Free PVC. It seems to be well made, and the pillow has the typical feel and smell of PVC. I noticed after using it a few times, the initial smell of PVC dissipated. I feel like its made of super-strong PVC, and you can easily clean it by wiping it off. I feel you can store it blown up or deflated.

This pillow allows me to enjoy Doggy with the support of the pillow on my hips, which helps a lot! My only complaint was the cuffs broke the first time we used them. The chain that attaches the cuff to the pillow broke, however, the actual attachment spot is totally intact.

I feel like it was packaged well, but once you remove it from the packaging, the best way to store it is deflated and rolled up or completely blown up and stored up and away. I feel like its a bit too large for travel, and my only complaint is there is no pump to blow it up included.

The kit includes a repair kit, which is nice, I feel like it's super easy to clean because you can just wipe clean.

I feel like this pillow is a really solid item that everyone should have in their arsenal. My only complaint was it seems like the cuff chains were very low quality and more of a novelty.
