The inner pillow is made of a high quality, very supportive, firm foam which is covered in a red, velvety, polyester material. The covering is water resistant, as well as being easily removable via a covered zipper for more thorough cleaning if needed.

I can't say enough about the sturdiness of this item. As a bigger girl, I really appreciate the fact that it can handle my weight, as well as the added weight of my rather sturdy Mister. After much searching for more info on this, such as weight capacity, I wasn't able to find much. I can vouch that it can easily handle a combined weight of 400 lbs, and probably much more, without giving up any of the shape or support.

After several attempts at balancing on top of this monster pillow, most of which ended in me tumbling off in a heap of laughter, I finally got my balance. Once I mastered the balancing act, I found that I was able to get into positions that I couldn't have with the normal tower of pillows that we've tried before. Not only that, but I was able to stretch and do some strength and balance training on it as well (it also gives me an excuse to tell people when they ask about the huge red thing in my room). This pillow has opened us up to a new world of erotic positions just like it claimed it would; it's hard to imagine sex without it now.

This baby it super easy to clean. The foam inside shouldn't need much, if anything, as the cover is water resistant and nothing should really get on it. The cover can be just spot cleaned most times, but if you are a bit more messy and need to, the cover does come off via a covered zipper. Just slip the cover off and wash.

Storage for this is the only real problem I've had with it, as it is HUGE! It doesn't fit into any cabinets or under my bed, but luckily I have a huge closet so it wasn't too much of a problem. This should be taken into consideration when purchasing this piece of furniture.
