Use

So, I received my holiday hide a pillow in the mail yesterday and I have been playing with it ever since. It's meant to be a discreet way of hiding discreet gifts. Lubes, gift cards, jewelry, condoms, small dildos or vibrators, cuffs, really anything small and discreet enough to fit inside. I have tried putting multiple things inside of it. Silicone and jelly toys seem to stick to the inside and don't slide smoothly. Plastic works fine. I currently have a bottle of TOKO aroma therapy lube, climax toy cleaner and a small Doc Johnson butt plug inside of it. I think it would probably be really neat to buy one, hide the gift in the pillow, put it back in the box, and then give them the pillow as a gift.

Perceptions

This pillow is cute and soft. The outside has a soft felt-like feel. The inside pocket has a plastic mesh like texture. The trim is made of fluffy, little white feathers. When I initially took it out of the box it had tiny white feathers all over it. I am currently blowing little white feathers off my laptop. It feels kind of cheap to me, in all honesty. It still looks really cute though.

Materials

The box was a simple cardboard with a cutout on the front so you could see the pillow inside. The pillow tag simply states "All New Material consisting of polyester fiber batting.....100%". No joke that is exactly as it is on the tag.

Size

The pillow is about 9 inches long and 8 inches wide. Empty it was about 3 inches thick. When I put all of my things inside it was about 4 inches thick.

Packaging

The box is very appealing, although not very informative. One side it has a three panel instruction. Open zipper. Put gift inside. Close the nearly invisible zipper. I have a problem with this because the zipper is not even close to nearly invisible. If you look at the picture I have posted it is very clearly visible. The other side of the box has four panels with suggested uses. It says you can use the pillow to hide jewelry, store lotions, lubes and condoms, gift cards, toys and "naughty secrets". The box isn't a whole heck of a lot bigger than the pillow. Width is about 8 1/4 inches, height is about 9 1/4 inches and thickness of the box is about 3 1/2 inches.

It is still the same as before. I haven't handled it a whole lot since I first got it. It sits on top of the duffel bag with all my rope and such. I keep a small butt plug and some lube in there for easy access but that's about it. I really haven't found much use for it.

I honestly have no idea what I am going to do with it. It's cute and all, but its still just another something taking up space in my tiny apartment. I'm still sadfacing over how small it is.
