Aside from me being crazy over the fact that it's organic, it's also an infection safe lube. One of the biggest problems I have while shopping for lube is glucose. Almost every water-base lube has glucose in it, which will feed the the natural flora of the vagina to the point of infection. Some women are prone to urinary tract infection on top of it all and a lube containing glucose won't help keeping the infections away. So, I was really excited about this lube when I got it.

The consistency of this JO lube is pretty thick and it lasts a while. By thick, I mean it's like jelly. Don't let it scare you though, it lubes everything up pretty good. My partner and I like to play around for a long long time, so the fact that it lasts forever is great. If you're a one minute hero, this isn't the lube for you. You'll end up with a lot of cleanup if you try to use it for a quicky.

The ultimate downside for this lube is not even the lube itself, it's the bottle. The plastic is way too hard to squeeze something this thick out of. For a runnier consistency would've worked great for this bottle, but this baby it just too thick to squeeze out. We ended up having to basically fold the bottle in half by pressing into one side until it gave and folded over. After that we were able to get it a bit easier by pressing the bottom to the top of the bottle.

As a water lubricant, this won't damage your toys, but beware of the other lubes mixing with it. We made the unfortunate mistake of mixing it with another lube and in started to slowly harden into little balls that are squishy enough not to hurt but hard enough to create unwanted friction. I don't know if it reacts this way to all other lubes or if we were just lucky to stumble on that one it did react with, but before you decide to mix it up inside of you, please test it. With the disaster mix we had it took rubbing two drops of each together for about a minute to see the balls forming.
