ID Lubricants got a classy make over to their packaging and a much improved ingredient list. This ID Moments lubricant is their warming blend that is water based and water soluble. It is safe for all toy materials and condoms. It is also body safe by being free of glycerin and parabens. This lubricant warms with body to body contact and can heighten sensations. That being said, it can work with toys but will feel more like a regular lubricant than anything else. Without dual body contact, the warming can't be felt much at all. Regardless of having a second party or not, this lubricant lasts a long time and doesn't feel sticky. It absorbs nicely into the skin can be rejuvenated with natural lubricant juices.

Here are the ingredients: Water, butylene glycol, carboxy-methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/vp, copolymer, PEG-45m, citric acid, sodium benzoate, vanillyl butyl ether

ID has gotten rid of their glycerin ingredient which makes this much safer for those who are susceptible to UTIs or yeast infections. It also prevents this lubricant from getting sticky.

This is a water based lubricant that is slightly thicker than average. It doesn't necessarily feel like a silicone lubricant, but it doesn't run like one. It doesn't feel like a silicone lubricant, mainly because it absorbs into the skin very well. Like a silicone lubricant it does spread easily and feels slick, though. It can be rejuvenated easily with a few drops of water, spit, or more lubricant. It is clear, spreads easily, and is non-staining. A major plus of this lubricant is that is blends well with other natural lubricants. it feels very natural.

This lubricant smells slightly like a strawberry or fruity cinnamon, sort of like Big Red chewing gum. The smell is not strong and has to be smelled in large amounts to be detected. It is not meant to be ingested, but it does have a bitter aftertaste.

The main way to use this lubricant is to enhance mutual arousal between two partners. Once ID Warming comes in contact with skin, two warm bodies contacting skin with each other, it starts to warm up with the friction. The warming sensations can cause increased blood flow to the area, which in turn, can increase arousal and or orgasms. Only a little bit is needed since this lubricant spreads well and is designed to enhance your already existing natural lubricant.

The warming sensation will not start immediately, but is a gradual sensation that won't be too distracting. Instead it adds a new feeling to your play. Do not be discouraged if you use condoms. This lubricant is latex friendly and can be applied to the inside and outside of a condom. The added warming can heighten sensitivity and make it feel more intimate by mimicking body warmth that is lost by using a condom. With use, it never gets sticky, but since it does absorb well, it may need to be reapplied or re-wetted with spit or water.

This lubricant works well for solo toy use, but the warming feeling may not be as noticeable or even much at all. On toys, the lubricant needs to be applied even less frequently, especially when used with firmer less porous materials. As an anal lubricant or one for shower or tub play, this is not a good choice for that. It does clean up well, though and never stains if things get messy.

ID Warming comes in three different sizes of the same plastic, attractive, pump bottle: 2, 4, and 6.4 fluid ounces. The pump makes it very easy to dispense and mess free to do with one hand. It also cuts down on spillage or over pouring. One pump dispenses a good amount. The bottle is clear so the amount left can be seen. There is a plastic covering that has information about the lubricant on the back and says ID Moments on the front. In small lettering it says "warming lubricant". The pump top turns and locks so it won't leak and is suitable for travel. It also comes sealed for your protection.

My partner and I are really impressed with how natural this lubricant feels. The difference in ingredients is obvious and makes a huge difference. It enhances our natural lubricants instead of overpowering them or distracting by feeling obvious. As for the warming, we didn't feel it all that much. I really couldn't feel it at all while using it with toys, but for both situations I liked using the lubricant and had no problems with irritation or clean up. If you are new to warming lubricants, this might be a good one to start with since the feeling is mild. If you already know you like them, I'd skip this one. It's probably too subtle for you.
