Not the best, Not the worst

We have used other Wet products in the past and were satisfied with the results, so we thought Wet Comfort for sensitive skin would be an excellent addition to our lube supplies. We were wrong!

extremely useful review
Wet Comfort Sensitive Skin is a personal lubricant manufactured by Trigg Laboratories. While the main ingredients are deionized water and glycerin, we decided to give it a try because it also includes Aloe Vera leaf. As a child my grandma always broke Aloe Vera leaves and applied the juice to my somewhat superficial injuries, so this lube had be good!

The lube comes in a fairly nondescript bottle with an easy-to-open flip top bottle which dispenses just the right amount. The bottle states it is "odorless", but we could detect a slight non-offensive sweet smell to it. It also has a slightly sweet taste to it, but nothing that bothered either of us. The bottom of the bottle shows a manufacture date of 10/09 and expiration date of 05/16, so it does have a long shelf life.

When first opening the bottle and applying a few drops between my fingers, it appeared to be slightly watery but at the same time fairly slippery. So I thought this lube should work fairly well. About two to three minutes later I was proved wrong as it started to get a somewhat dried out, tacky feeling to it. Just a little bit of water brought it back to a slippery state, but I had hoped it would not dry out quite that fast.

The first actual use of Wet Comfort was with one of my Fleshlights. Since Wet Comfort is a water-based lube, which works with all toys, I thought this might be a good test. I have used several other water-based lubes when using a Fleshlight, and normally have to apply a very small amount to the inside of the sleeve. After applying about the same amount of Wet Comfort as I have other lubes, it became apparent that I would have to use about twice that amount. Around two minutes after starting to use the Fleshlight, it became uncomfortable due to lack of lube and I had to apply additional lube to the sleeve, something I have never done with other lubes. So with the use of a Fleshlight, I have to give it a thumbs down.

For trial #2, we tried it with a vibrator used externally by my wife. Just a small amount was sufficient to keep things lubricated to my wife's satisfaction, and she kind of gave it a weak thumbs up.

On to the main course; trial #3, the main event. As my wife is post menopausal, lubricants are a must for intercourse. Wet Comfort provided adequate lubrication for vaginal sex, but soon began getting sticky and dried out, so once again we had to reapply. So for sex itself, we both give it an unenthusiastic thumbs up.

We have not experimented with Wet Comfort with any type anal play, but because of its consistency I doubt it would work well.

Cleanup is easy with just a little water, and to date we have not noticed any stains created on the sheets, etc.

Overall, we had to give it three stars. For the most part it does what you buy a lube for, but there are so many that are better I doubt we will be purchasing this particular one in the future.
Follow-up commentary
We have finally used the last of our bottle of Wet Comfort lube, and we will not be ordering any more in the future. There are way too many better lubes available, so we are not going to waste our money, time, and frustrations on this particular one.

It always seems that the less toxic lubricants always seem to dry up faster. Darn things! Thanks for the review.
