It is not so much of a lube as a lotion, and rubs in very rapidly. It does feel great on freshly shaven skin!! I can not use mentholated products, so it definitely was detrimental when I tried it on myself.

The Plump Enhancing Cream has the look and consistency of a thin lotion. There is a very light aroma, somewhat like Jergen's, that disappears shortly after application. The taste is very faint, but the lotion leaves an oily coating in your mouth. It also has a cooling sensation on your lips and tongue.

The texture is smooth and pleasant, rubs in very well and does not leave an oily residue. There is a slight cooling or tingling sensation for about half an hour afterwards. This is really great for after shaving and minimizing the red bumps.

Plump comes in a squeeze tube with a flip top and pours out with a lotion like consistency. It does stay in place, since you are rubbing it in to your skin.

Even though the package claims to be odorless and tasteless, there is a faint odor and flavor. The smell is very light, almost nonexistent, and dissipates rapidly on contact with your skin. It reminds me of a very light lotion, mildly floral and woodsy.

The taste is not horrible, but the oily residue made oral afterwards a non-event. I also did not like the way it cooled and tingled my lips and mouth. That was kind of reminiscent of novocaine wearing off after the dentist.

The performance for my husband was dismal at best. It id not 'plump' him up, tingle or feel very cooling. As a lube, it was okay for very short term use when masturbating.

Contains Menthol!! I am allergic to menthol and the burn lasted for about an hour after washing with soap and water. Internally, well, the depths of hell had nothing on Plump.

I had to wash thoroughly with soap and water, but the effects from being absorbed into the skin lasted for at least an hour. My husband had no need for washing, other than hygiene. Or ill effects, either since he has no allergy to menthol.
