The directions indicate that it is to be rubbed into the head and shaft of the penis prior to intercourse. This product is water soluble so it is not designed for shower fun. The lubricant has a good creamy texture. It is just thick enough to be easy to apply, however it does tend to be slightly oily despite the claim of being non-greasy that is found on the bottle.
