With its sultry black coloring and ethereal lace skirt, the Night Goddess Babydoll's product images possessed such an incredible combination of sexy and straight up gorgeousness that I jumped at the opportunity to review this piece.

Packaging


The item's packaging is fairly standard, arriving in a thin plastic bag with a pretty white lace pattern surrounding the borders. The bag is thin and can be easily ripped into, however it does have a Ziploc top you can open and reseal if you plan on storing the piece back in the bag afterwards.

I'm personally a big fan of the inclusion of the tag in the package, which displays a front and back image of the standard-size item - with the front being visible in the packaging - along with a picture of the babydoll on the plus-size model, with a sizing chart located on the very back. While I know I can't compare to these glamour shot images, it's great to see the item in this ideal form.

How'd It Look?


Above is an image of the babydoll itself from a hanger. When worn it gets filled out more, and the babydoll does come with a matching black lace g-string, but this is a pretty good representation of what you will be receiving.

I really liked how this babydoll looked on me! Unlike babydolls with an open front, the skirt offers full coverage while the see-through lace exposes what is beneath. The floral design on the lace skirt is very pretty, however an issue I had with the skirt is that it didn't seem to be as long in person as it looks on the model displaying the item. While the model shows the skirt ending a couple inches above her knees, on me the skirt barely made it past my butt. Another length discrepancy I noticed was with the sash around the waist of this dress. While the display image shows a large bow with long ribbons hanging down past her waist, the bow I was able to tie with the provided sash was much smaller and only hung to around my bellybutton.

Final Thoughts
While I do wish the skirt was a little longer like it appears on the model, this is still a gorgeous piece of lingerie that I can't wait to show my SO!
