Pantyhose discontinued
by Baci

Awesome!

The Jacquard Pantyhose by Baci are a lot of fun! The pattern is really neat, though from a front view, it just looks like horizontal lines. I'm an XL person but can fit in these one-size-fits-most pantyhose. I'm happy with them and will definitely be wearing them out again soon!

extremely useful review
The Jacquard Pantyhose by Baci have such a unique pattern to them. I love stockings that are unique and funky, so I decided to give these pantyhose a try. They are only available in one-size-fits-most. I usually wear a size XL but have had mostly good experiences with the Baci pantyhose (except one pair).

The pantyhose arrived in a thin rectangular box. The front of the box has a photo of a model wearing the pantyhose and states the company website. The back of the box has a back view of the model from the front of the box, states the product name, size, material composition, and care instructions. I like keeping my stockings in my underwear drawer and recycle the packaging the stockings arrive in. You may want to keep the packaging for care instructions since the pantyhose do not have a care tag inside of them.

Inside of the box the pantyhose are in a plastic bag, wrapped around a thin piece of cardboard. The pantyhose are 95% nylon and 5% spandex. Like most pantyhose, they are extremely stretchy. I’m not sure which measurements would be most beneficial so I will just post a few. If you need additional measurements of the pantyhose let me know and I will get them for you.

Waistband unstretched: 8 ½ inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 26 inches
Length: over 60 inches (my arms can only stretch so far)

The pantyhose have a 1 ½ inch waistband that is a double layer of material. Beneath the waistband, the pantyhose are solid black for 9 ½ inches (unstretched). The top of the pantyhose becomes more sheer the more you stretch it. The rest of the pantyhose beneath this are patterned.

The pantyhose are easy to put on. It takes a few extra seconds when putting them on because you need to make sure the pattern is straight on the leg and not twisting around your legs. The toe areas of the pantyhose are reinforced. There is no lining in the crotch area of these pantyhose.

The pantyhose material is very comfortable and soft against the skin. I did not experience any irritation while wearing them. The packaging states that the pantyhose should be hand washed separately in cold water, never bleached, and line dried.

I was extra careful when I put these pantyhose on because the last pair of Baci pantyhose I had were so thin that they snagged before I even got to wear them. Luckily, I was able to put them on without any snags. I’m 5’6 and was able to pull them up above my belly button so a person who is taller than me should not have a problem with the length. Also, I wear a size XL, and found that the waistband to be tight but still comfortable. I could wear these pantyhose for an entire evening without any problems of discomfort.

Below you can see a few photos that I took of myself wearing the pantyhose. I had to take the photos myself so excuse how sloppy they are.

The first two photos are of the front and side of the pantyhose from above. The last two are the front and side from as far as I could stretch my arm. If you look at the first and third photo, the pantyhose look like the pattern is just horizontal lines. I’m not sure if this is because my legs are thicker, or because the stock photos for the product don’t really show a front on photo. Either way, I was always told that horizontal lines make a person look larger (even in fashion class), though I don’t really see the lines making my legs look larger. Maybe that’s just me though.

In the second and fourth photo, you can see the pattern. I think the pattern is really lovely and unique. In the fourth photo you can see where the solid black colour begins on my leg (I’m not sure why I’m squatting in this photo).

Overall, I’m happy with the pantyhose. I’ve decided to give them a 5 out of 5 because they’re comfortable, they fit me, and the pattern is neat.

These have a very interesting pattern. I think I like the diagnal pattern on the sides better than the straight line on the front. Thank you for sharing.

Yeah me too. The front is kinda "blah" but the sides make them fabulous!
