Be a 50's Bombshell

Feel like a 50's Bombshell in this retro chemise. I am not sure why they are calling it a dress as I do not think most people would wear this out. Anyway, it is a great addition to your collection.

Design
This has a retro 50’s look to it. Starting at the top there are adjustable straps. The straps are not removable but are adjustable. The bottom portion is tan material with a lace overlay. The top of the cups is a plain black satiny material. Between the cups is a flat bow. The bow is not removable.

The cups are lightly padded and have underwires. The band is not adjustable.



Moving downward from the cups. In the center there is an inverted triangle . In the picture the chemise looks see through. There is a light beige material with the black lace over it. On either side and below the lace is a black satiny material that has white zigzag vertical stitching. The stitching is very slimming. Over the tops of the hips, there is a triangle of the cream fabric with the black lace over it.

There are 4 garters, two in the front and two in the back. The garters are not removable.



The back has a zipper closure. The top has elastic that is stretchy to fit a variety of body types.

The top section is an inverted triangle of the cream fabric. Underneath is the plain black material. There is additional vertical zigzag stitching on the back.

Hand wash cold. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Hang to dry. Do not iron.

This is my first lingerie experience with Leg Avenue. I have a costume made by Leg Avenue but I have not tried anything else. This is a great piece and I like it a lot. It is very well made and comfortable to wear. I found that the cups fit well and would be appropriate for someone who is a C or a D cup. There is an underwire. However there is no bra-like hook and eye adjustment in the back so there was not as much support as I would have liked. The rest fit true to size. The material is stretchy and form fitting so it can accommodate a range of sizes. I found that the white zigzag detailing was very slimming. There is no boning, so this piece travels easily and can be folded up in your overnight bag. It is comfortable enough to wear all day under clothing.

The main drawback is the stockings are not removable. I enjoy wearing my sexy lingerie to bed and do not wear my stockings to sleep in. So, this was a drawback for me. If you do not plan on wearing it without the stockings this is not a concern.

When wearing the chemise with the garters there is no worry about it riding up or moving around. It works well if you are wearing it throughout the main event.

Otherwise this is a great fitting and looking outfit. I paired this with some black satin gloves and fishnet stockings
