Introduction

Brigitte is a 3-piece set including a black mesh chemise with white and red accents, a matching thong, and a white ribbon choker displaying a heart in the center. These three pieces come together harmoniously to look completely adorable and fun.



Material Information & Care Instructions

The chemise and thong is made of 91% Nylon and 9% Elastane. The black mesh is very sheer, light, and comfortable. Both pieces are accented with white lace threaded with red ribbon, and red elastic straps. While as a whole, this set is very comfortable, the straps are very thin and twist around easily. The thin straps, along the fact that the cups are small and unsupportive, make it unideal for busty women.

What's somewhat frustrating about the thong is that the string that goes up the center is not securely connected to the strap that goes across the waist. It wraps around the hip-securing string in order to be adjustable. I honestly see no point in this because where else should this string go except for straight up the center of your behind? In any case, this allows the hip strap to twist around completely while the center strap stays in place.

The thong is very small with little coverage, but it does provide a cotton liner, which is very much appreciated. The information tag attached to the thong is large and obnoxious; obviously meant to be removed. I was able to pull it off without a seam ripper.



To clean your chemise set from Escante you will need to hand wash with cold water, separately, and if needed you can use a non-chlorine bleach. Do not wring or twist the garment while wet, and always allow it to dry hanging up. It also can be ironed on a low temperature if you are so inclined. Definitely be gentle with this piece so that it will last you a long amount of time and uses.

Sizing

This set is perfect for petite girls who AA or A cups and have a hard time finding lingerie that fit. If you are above a B cup, I suggest skipping on this because it will not offer enough support or coverage. You can completely disregard how this looks on the Escante model, because it looks evident to me now that she has a nude cup underneath to hold her breasts up.

I'm not sure how accurate this will be for sizes Medium and above since I only have this in Small, but this garment is very stretchy. The overall length, from the topmost point of the cups down to the hem of the ruffles, is 21 inches. Laid flat, the underbust measures to 13.5 inches and stretches to about 16.5 inches. The waist will stretch from 14 to 18 inches, and the hips from 18 to 22 inches.

The thong measures 13 inches at the hips and expands to 18, and from the top of the front to the bottom tip measures 5.5 inches. The ribbon of the choker is very long and you may even find you want to trim it.

I'm over all very happy with this set. As soon as I saw this, I had to have it because the name and design immediately made me think of the French actress Brigitte Bardot. I'm happy to report that I have finally found something that fits someone as petite as I am! I feel super cute wearing this with my hair done up and cat eyes on, and don't need anyone to wear this for other than myself. My only disappointment is that with my having a super small bust, that the seam going up the cups are overpowering and awkward. If you fill out an A cup in the very least (which I don't), then this will likely be less of a problem for you.

I'm giving this set 4 out of 5 stars because the cups are not very accommodating or supportive and that the thin straps are slightly bothersome. That aside, I love it, and definitely recommend it if it sounds as if it will fit you.
