The outfit comes in a plastic bag with a hanger on top like most Halloween costumes you buy from a shop. Set includes these 5 pieces: headpiece, stethoscope, dress, belt, and stockings.

HEADPIECE: This is a little hat with a cross patch on it. Measures 10" wide and is made from the same thick white cotton as the dress. There is an adjustable elastic strap (looks like a bra strap) to help keep it on your head. It actually fits quite comfortably if you have it sit on the top of your head. When I tried the costume on, I was taking everything off and was walking around with this piece still on because I forgot about it.

STETHOSCOPE: This came as two pieces that I easily put together (tubing easily slides onto a plastic piece connecting the part that goes around your neck to the piece where you listen to your patient). The stethoscope I received is blue. The tubing from the bottom of the part that goes around your neck to the round piece used to listen is 19" so it easily fits into the pocket of the dress if you want to control it and not have the stethoscope flopping around everywhere. Granted it is a novelty item, but the listening piece on the end is actually quite sensitive to noise if you move the hearing pieces from around your neck to your ears.

DRESS: This dress is made of super thick cotton and is definitely NOT see through. The material is a cotton/spandex blend so it stretches well. It fastens with 5 snap buttons down the front. The neckline is low cut. There are darts in this dress so it is well fitted. From the top of the shoulders to the bottom hem is 27" (with an extra inch in the back because that hem is rounded) and is 28" at the waist. There are two small pockets on each side just below the waist with matching red and white cross patches (same as the one on the hat). There is a collared neckline in the front (plain in the back) and attached with a safety pin and clasp is a name tag that says "Nurse Betty." The name tag looks like a tag from a shirt (meaning the words and medical symbol are embroidered on it) and then it is laminated. It looks really cheap and can be removed if you do not like it, but it kinda makes the outfit look official. There are 4 red garters attached to the bottom of the dress.

I am 5'8", 120 lbs, 34B, and have a 27" waist and ordered the small and it was pretty snug on me. The bottom of the dress came just below my booty cheeks and crotch in the front. So nothing showed unless I bent over to pick something up.

BELT: The red belt is a super cute addition to the costume, but it is oddly long. It measures 2" thick and 44" long and there aren't any belt loops to keep the overlapping part tucked in. I might have to cut it. The material is also very cheap. The belt came in it's own plastic bag folded in fourths and at each spot it was folded is a terrible bend/fold line that won't go away. At one spot where it was folded it feels like it is almost going to rip it is so bad (it feels like it has been worn so many times and is wearing through, except it is brand new). The sad part is is that this bad fold is right where the holes are in the belt.

STOCKINGS: The stockings are super cute. At the top are red satin bows with matching patches (like the dress pockets and headpiece) in the center. The stockings are thick and strong which will hopefully prevent them from getting runs in them. They are also rather long. They fit perfectly for me and my height but might go up too high on someone shorter. The elastic in the top is really strong. I walked around with one attached to the garter and one not attached and they seemed to stay up just fine on their own.

NOTE: There are no panties or shoes included in this Naughty Nurse set.

CARE: Instructions say hand wash, hang dry, and do not bleach.

OPINION: If you are looking for a fun, sexy costume with a little bit more coverage, then this is the perfect outfit for you. The price is a little bit high, but you have to remember it includes so many things! And the 5 pieces included makes this outfit almost complete (just the panty is missing, but you can decided if you need that or not). It is modest enough it can be worn to costume parties outside the house.

When this package arrived at my house, my boy friend started to cough and said he needed to see a nurse because he thought he had a fever. This isn't necessarily a sexy lingerie piece, but it is a fun role play costume. The mini dress with buttons to reveal as much cleavage as you'd like along with the garters and thigh highs is what makes it sexy. Oops...the nurse dropped your chart...she has to bend over to pick it up in her mini dress. I think my guy will be calling in sick a lot more often now!

The snap buttons down the front make is easy to show as little or as much as you prefer. It is easy to put and just as easy to take it off. The dress is short enough it can be worn during intercourse.

Still love this costume. I have even used the white dress to create other costumes by covering the patches on the pockets (ie with police badge stickers, added an apron to be a waitress...). It's so cute and I discovered it's versatile! The cheap belt is broken now, but easy to replace.
