Now even regular gals can release their inner stripper with the Playful Pearls Satin & Pearl Pasties from California Exotic Novelties. Two strips of re-usable body tape are included, which is enough for multiple uses depending on how much tape you need to secure them on your breasts. Independent pasties tend to look better on most breasts; however, this 'connected' style isn't go to flatter all chests and would look better on someone whose nipples are closer together, so that the string of pearls hangs like a necklace rather than like a tightrope. If you still can't resist owning this item, or perhaps it was a gift, just spice it up with some sexy panties, stockings, heels, and perhaps some black satin gloves and your partner probably won't even notice.

Included in the package are two black satin, cone-shaped, pasties of approximately a 2-inch diameter. There's a little black bow on the topside of each. You will know you have them positioned correctly by wearing them with the bow on the top side of the nipple. The circles aren't perfectly round, but that doesn't detract from their purpose. The hem around the edge is a basic serge to keep them from fraying, but it's not scratchy against the skin.

Each pastie is connected to the other with a 12-inch long strand of creme-colored synthetic pearls. Depending on your body shape (broadness of chest, size of breasts, width of cleveage), the pearls will either fall in a nice "U" shape or like on myself, strung like a clothesline. I don't think it suits my body at all!


Two 5-inch strips of 1/4-inch adhesive body tape are included, which should be enough for 4+ uses depending on if you save the white paper backing to cover up the tape when you are done with them, so that you can get another use out of them. If you really like these, you can buy more adhesive beauty tape in the accessory section of most lingerie departments. I actually found some at the dollar store for a buck! Only a small single piece, perhaps 3/4 of an inch, was enough to secure these on my breasts and keep them on for quite some time as I strolled around my house. I placed the tape on the underside beneath the bow.

Removal was quite easy, with minimal pulling at the skin and no residue was left. For best application, make sure the skin is clean, dry, and free of moisturizers or any other slippery substance.

These are sexy, but as you can see from my picture, my breasts are far apart, and therefore the string of pearls doesn't hang anything like it does on the model's picture, which actually makes them look sexy. On me they just look awkward, so I'm not sure having the strand a bit longer would have made much of a difference, but it's possible. I probably wouldn't normally drop this kind of money on these unless it were for some special occasion. I have some silicone (tape-free) reusable pasties that I really like and would love to see more like that in different styles, other than the heart shapes that I have.

My advice for anyone considering pasties would be to just stick to the individual ones, unless your breasts are perfectly symmetrical and close together.
