Cutout fishnet bodystocking with bow accents - crotchless bodystocking by Fantasy Lingerie - review by js250

The Cutout Fishnet Bodystocking by Fantasy Lingerie has a very sexy and flattering design. The outfit is packaged in a flat, cardboard envelope, the same style packaging as higher quality nylons. It was folded nicely over a thin piece of cardboard and sealed inside a plastic bag. I use the original packaging for storing the bodystockings in between wearings. This keeps them safe from snags, rips and other damage. They also work very well for traveling, it takes up very little space in your suitcase or overnight bag.

The Cutout fit me very well. There were about 4" of stretch left in the length of the legs, about 2-3" in the thighs and about 7-9" minimum for the rest of my body. The halter ties were plenty long for tying behind my neck, I actually tied each tie to the back of the outfit and made shoulder straps out of them. Halters really pull my neck and give me headaches.

The cutouts on the hips are lined with a solid black nylon material and the bows are sewn above the top of the cutout. These are really sexy and flirty when you walk. The crotchless area was a good size, it will stretch and change with individual wearers, and was solid stitched around the edges. The halter stopped at the beginning of my cleavage area and the back is bare until right above your butt. These have reinforced toes!!

I love the design, but not the "fishnet". To me, fishnet is a pattern of small, 1/4"ish squares or diamonds. This was a zigzag, diamond shape, the squares/diamonds are about 1/2" wide and 3/4" long. They make the diamond shape by using small stitching attached to the two main threads. In my opinion, the pattern is too large for my frame, and with the larger holes the material was not as forgiving on my flaws. It did not 'scream' them out like some materials do, but it sure did nothing to hide them either. I seriously dislike the way this pattern looks on me, the holes are just way too big!!

The material is Nylon, and hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and line drying is recommended. I have washed a couple of bodystockings in the washer before and talk about snags and loose threads! They just require a lot more gentleness than a washer can provide. My body stocking already has three significant snags in it and I swear I did not catch it or rub it on anything. The few threads that hold the diamond shape in place are super flimsy, so I am curious to see how long this garment is really going to last.

I love wearing these bodystockings with cute skirts and corsets, bustiers, or super low necked shirts. You can comfortably wear these under your regular clothing if you want to get a rise out of your partner, the crotchless ones are great for teasing each other or an illicit quickie.

I have very mixed feelings about the Cutout Bodystocking. I love the design of the outfit, but really dislike the design of the 'fishnet'. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality and longevity is just not there, either. Maybe this one will work out better for you, but for me it is a bust!

The small stitches that make up the huge diamond patterns have come undone of a few of the areas making some awfully large holes in the pattern. I am less than impressed at the lack of quality this garment has and would like to see this pattern done with basic fishnet, not this funky huge pattern. This is not industrial net, I have garments that have that material and like them, it is a hybrid pattern that is very delicate and overpowering on smaller people. It really does not work for me and I am sad to be tossing these out due to their delicate material failure.
