I wear a size 10/12 and a 36D and this costume fits pretty well. For me the elastic band on the top is a little too loose but it works, and you could tie a knot in the back to tighten it up if you want to. There is also a nice sash that comes with the set, I didn't use it yet but I'm sure we'll come up with a use for it during my visit. It could work as a blindfold or restraint and is a nice length. You could even use it in your hair as a head band if you want. When you are finished you can wash the Faux-Leather with warm water and mild soap.
