I was so excited to own this piece, mainly because I wanted my husband to have something to see me in when he returns from deployment! I was happy when my box arrived and I went to put it on. However, when I got it on, I was highly disappointed..

The thong fit perfectly, which wasn't an issue because I have always been a small in my bottoms. Obviously you can't choose one size for the bottoms and a different size for the top. So I got a small thinking that, especially by the chart, it would fit me well because I am actually smaller than a six and I have a "34" width around my chest. It's just my boobs that are bigger and I figured it would be better to have my boobs pop out a little more than have the entire thing be too big on me. Well, I was mistaken.

Not only did the black part that is supposed to cover the boobs barely cover over my nipples, but it was uncomfortable. All I did was put it on and walk to and from my bathroom to my bedroom and I had to constantly move them to keep them over my nipples. Without an under-wire, which I knew there wasn't one, I figured that the halter part of it would allow me to help keep my boobs in a nice perky position while wearing it, but that didn't work.

The straps are adjustable, which is nice, but all it really does when you adjust those is make the back portion of the top come up higher on your back and it looks silly. Very silly. When that attempt failed, I tried tying the halter part tighter, but the more I tightened it to try and get my boobs to look like the picture (unrealistic, I know), it just hurt my neck from the material.

And on top of that, it just didn't look right on me. I felt awkward standing in front of the mirror in it. And even though it didn't fit right, I knew that if I were to have gotten a bigger size, I still would have been disappointed in how it would have looked on me. It was just a huge disappointment all around for what I thought was going to be a nice piece to wear on my husband's Homecoming night. Now I'm searching for a new piece that will hopefully flatter me a little bit more, but also fit me the way it's supposed to!!
