Chemise and panty set

Fabric Softener? Anyone?

My husband loved how the design highlighted my breasts and thighs while giving a peek-a-boo feel at the same time. He wished the material was a little better but overall found it to be a good value.

The chemise portion of this set is a low-quality satin and lace with rosettes scattered about that are approximately 2.5" x 2.5". The front has three satin panels, one on each side and one in the center that covers the panty area. The lace portion makes up the majority of the center panel and the rosettes were perfectly placed over my nipples creating an elegant appeal to the outfit. The back is satin and has scalloped lace edging with an elastic band. The straps are adjustable satin, as well.

The g-string is also comprised of satin and lace. The panty portion is satin and the sides of the g-string are lace. The garment is secured with a looped closure instead of sewn together like higher end g-strings would be.

Neither too long nor too short, I was happy to have something fit me very well. I ordered the smallest size available and found it fit almost like a glove except for the bottom of the chemise where it sort of gathered together and created a bounce to the hem with each step taken. I think this would look great with a nice pair of white thigh highs. The triangular panel on the front at the bottom also adds a bit of allure to the outfit. It's like now you see it, now you don't!

I think this set would be best worn by itself instead of underneath other clothing items. The lace is somewhat itchy, and the satin would be a bit stifling after awhile.

This set does run small especially when it comes to the g-string. Order the next size up if you have concerns. This garment is flame-retardant, and we're hoping no one will ever be in a position to find out JUST how flame-retardant it really is.

I recommend hand-washing in the sink with a soft detergent like Woolite and a drop or two of fabric softener followed by a very quick tumble in the dryer at the end of another drying/dried load of laundry.
Experience
As I mentioned above, with a little modification this set can become comfortable. The edging of the hem underneath the arm pit and on a portion covering the shoulder were really itchy so we clipped them off in small sections. We didn't want to remove them altogether because the front edging wasn't as irritating as the arms and back portion. It was a relatively easy modification. We just used a set of every day scissors and snipped away the offending portions once we had identified they truly were offensive.

The panty of this outfit is rather small. I found it would ride up between my lips, which if you're into that kind of thing is great, but if you're not it could be a little awkward. I personally found it a little pleasurable due to the thickness of the string portion of the panty.

I also had my husband pop a stitch or two into where the two bands of the thong meet so the portion that was up *ahem* my bum, would stop moving around. That will mostly solve the problem of the panty riding between the lips.
Follow-up commentary
I still love this little outfit. I did cut out the satin triangle on the front to make the panties more visible. It really spiced up the outfit overall, and the hubby requests I wear it at least once a week. To add even more spice, I slip on my brightest and most colorful panties underneath. I'm very happy with it overall.
